Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatch time and delivery time are two different things. Dispatch is when we hand your order to the carrier. Delivery is when it arrives with you.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation at the address you gave at checkout. Where tracking details are available, the email includes a link to track your parcel.
The link in your order emails also shows the status of your order at any time.
If your parcel is late or missing
If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or the tracking has not updated, please email us at modeville1@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
