Each product page shows the sizes available. Where a recommended UK fit and garment measurements are given, compare them with a similar garment you own to help decide your preferred fit. Our Size Guide explains how to read them.

One-size styles are made to suit a range of sizes. The product page gives the recommended UK fit, for example UK 6–14, together with the garment measurements where they are listed.

Garment measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Chest and hip measurements show the width across the garment rather than the full circumference. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

Choose your colour on the product page. The photos change to show the colour you pick, and its name appears beside the colour swatches.

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery is £4.99 on orders of £49.99 or less, and free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery is £6.99. The options that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay. See Delivery Information for more.

When your order is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation. Where tracking details are available, the email includes a link to track your parcel. The link in your order emails also shows the status of your order.

Please check your junk or spam folder, and check that the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If it still has not arrived, email us at modeville1@gmail.com with your name and delivery postcode and we will check your order.

Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing modeville1@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Once requested, please send your item back within 14 days. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Items should be returned in the same condition they arrived in, unworn apart from trying on, and free from damage, stains, makeup, perfume, smoke or body odour. All returns are inspected, and where wear, damage or odours have reduced the item’s value, your refund may be reduced to reflect that loss.
