Request a return

Use this form to ask to return an item. Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the conditions.

This is a request, not an approved return. We review every request before anything is agreed. Nothing is refunded, restocked or sent to you automatically, and this form never asks for card or payment details.
1. About you and your order

We reply to this address. We check it against the order when we review your request.

You can find it in your order confirmation email.

Returns are requested within 14 days of receiving your order. An approximate date is fine.

2. What would you like to return?

Add each item on its own line, with the colour and size you ordered and your reason. You can add up to 10 items.

3. Anything else we should know?

Photos are required if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

If we do not receive your photos, your return request will be rejected.

Photos are not needed for a change of mind or a size change. After you send this form, the next screen has a button to email your photos to us, quoting your reference.

Please do not enter card or bank details anywhere on this form. We never need them to review a return. See our privacy policy.
